[LI] runlevel, kdevelop, lilo

Hi All,

I have RH 6.1 installed and it starts off at runlevel 3.  how do i change it
to runlevel 5 permanently?  During the installation, i did choose 'use
graphical login screen'.

I tried installing kdevelop from the pcq cd.  it installs all the files in
/opt but the program searches for them in /usr.  What do i do?

During the RH installation,  i made some chages to the lilo like setting
windows default (i was forced to) and changing linux and windows boot label. 
But it hasn't changed.  i tried changing it using linuxconf but it says that
/dev/hda7 is not a valid linux partition although it is.  What could be the
problem?
