Hi

For changing the run level. Try editing /etc/inittab. This file contains the
default run levl configuration... It is well commented. So you dont need to
worry.

for kdevelop, try editing some config files.. I dont know much about
this....
After changin 'lilo.conf ' file, execute the command 'lilo'. This will load
the lilo on to the master boot record or first sector of boot partition.....
