[LI] Network HUB

Hi all Network Gurus,

How do I check a Network Hub?  In my office there are three Compex 10MB and 
one Accton hub 10MB connected Samba and Windows95 boxes.  Recently I 
noticed that there is a collusion on these three hubs, even copying a small 
1 MB file takes more time and yellow indicator blinks continuously.  I want 
to know whether I can check individually each ports and any software or 
hardware for the same?  I used all my tricks but no scope. Anything is 
wrong with Accton Hub and Compex compatibility?  Please help me.  Please 
give your suggestions.
