[LI] GIMP - how to get Guash?

I want to use Gaush menu which is mentioned in GIMP manual.  But my
GIMP installation doesn't show any "Gaush" item user "ext" menu
category.  Also other 2-3 items mentioned in the GIMP manual aren't
there under "ext" menu.
Gaush is like "Visual Schnauzer" in "xv".  My Linux installation is
RH6.0 and has EVERYTHING installed on it from official RH CDs (of-except
multinational HOWTO).

Any pointers on what I need to do?
