I have 33.6 GVC modem. It worked ok for last 18 months. Now it gives
some extra sound when line is engaged. I feel the same disturbance
occurs while trying to connect also. Hence I don't get connect at all. I
unable to reproduce the disturbing sound. It is overlapping over the
normal engaged tone. Has anybody faced this type of problem. Is it the
life is out or it can be repaired.
