[LI] Modem does not work under Linux



Hello everyone,
	I have a PCI 56K modem which I currently use under
Windows. I am not able to configure the device under
Linux. I have gone through the Modem-HOWTO without any
success. The device is being detected when I run lspci
or setserial. But when minicom is started, it hangs.
The lspci output, setserial output and proc/pci dump
is as below.
