WAN-LAN router using linux

Hi,

Can some one please give me any pointers for configuring linux box as
WAN/LAN router. We've got a radio modem which is connected to a RF receiver.
I don't know how to proceed further. Our bandwidth via the radio link is
supposed to be 128K.
