Modem Problem.

Hi All,
  I am trying to do an IVR (Voice Response) system in linux.  I need help
on some Modem Commands.  I would like the modem to dial out after receiving
a call without disconnecting the call.  I find that ATDT works only if the
modem initiates the call.  Is there any way of doing a Hook Flash (ATDT!)
after receiving a call? Can someone please help me.
