Sound card configuration.

Well..i have a typical problem with my sound cart..its a opti card...it
uses the io range 0x530 ..and my network card(RL2000 PNP) uses 0x280 with
irq 5 and that of the sound card irq=7 and 9. but after I configure my
sound card and restarts my machine the network configuration is
lost..though the line is there in /etc/conf.modules..any help?
