What is the output of 'lsmod' and 'cat /proc/interrupts' and 'cat
/proc/ioports' and 'pnpdump' ? Try to investigate the conflicts in these
values and read the man pages and HOWTOs in detail. You will get the solu=
tion
and you will reward yourself that you spent some time in it.
