Linux as a gateway for about 50 people

Dear friends,

        I have to setup Linux as an Internet Gateway in my dad's office.
There would be about 30 people using the connection at a time.

        This would mean using about 3 modems.

        I'm just wondering if I can setup Linux to do something like
WebRamp.

        Also, how do I route the users seperately ?

        Does any 1 have a solution ?
