It's a music video - sort of MTV style. You need a shockwave
compatible browser. It allegedly spread like wild fire on many
mailing lists and free websites like nbci.com and angelfire deleted
them from their servers because of the bandwidth hog.

Get the cost of bandwidth down and get the government to pay for a
10 year graduate course and a decent standard of living and things
will change :) This is what it's like in much of socialist Europe,
including Finland.
