Someone should first teach Dewang  and the CNN the difference between an "hacker" and a "cracker".
Seems to me a baseless idea from the (in)fertile mind of Dewang. How far is he going
to fool the Government like this ?

Also mark this statement:
"Hacking, spreading viruses are much bigger criminal offenses in cyber terrorism than pornography"
What is this supposed to mean ? ;)
