Given all the facts, it still does not permit them to SPAM.
Tomorrow, if Red Hat(or say Mandrake, Slackware, ...) starts SPAMMING LI 
mailing lists, will that be allowed, just because they are contributing 
to the cause of Linux ? Think ...

You are helping the Linux Community, does _NOT_, repeat _NOT_ permit you
to _SPAM_. 

A spam is a spam is a spam ...
