Well, 
I agree with Guru here. After checking out the Changed License of Solaris,
it is not much big of a change from the original.
Why do they want any changes in the Source Code to pass thro them ??
Simply a way of caching on the OSS phenomenon !! 
Anyway that zdnet article was a good one about what Solaris is actually upto 
Or is it ?? ;-)
