under SCSL.

In general, there are three main schools of thought:

(a) Open source is a great technique to develop bug free software.
(b) All software should be free 
(c) My software should not be controlled by anyone and should belong to
    everyone.

Linux/GPL = (a) + (b) + (c)
BSD = (a) + (c)
Solaris = (a)
