Argentina Govt. offices to use open source software - why cant India do it ?

government offices to use open-source software, pending the outcome of a 
bill recently introduced in the nation's congress.

Maybe, we need to launch a strong Linux advocacy effort in India !
Anyone interested in such an effort ? Let's start discussing the
implementation of such an effort.
