¤ This is to inform you of Envision, the annual national software design
¤ contest of the Delhi College of Engineering, being organised in
¤ association with ILUG-Delhi. Envision, a part of the DCE annual tech.
¤ festival Troika, is being organised with a Linux emphasis and invites
¤ participation from students working on Linux. The details are as
¤ follows...

¤ There are two categories for which entries are invited --
¤
¤ 1) The Open software contest (One first prize of Rs 5000, Second prize
¤ of Rs 3000)
¤
¤ 2) The predefined problem contest: (Two seperate prizes of Rs 4000
¤ each)
¤
¤        a) To design a 2D CAD client with at least basic design
¤        features and mouse operatability.
¤
¤        b) To design a menu driven text editor with basic features and
¤        "C" syntax and indentation support.
¤
¤ Information regarding participation and details of the above are
