This is again turning into a negative discussion. Can't Linux people in
India see the positive side to *anything*? This place is turning out to be
worse than Slashdot!

I don't know what things look like from your end, but from where I
operate, the corporate world places great importance on any kind of
certification from NIIT or Aptech - and so far this has largely been
Microsoft oriented. NIIT's backing Linux publicly will only help
establishing Linux even more in the right quarters. And the timing
couldn't have been better.

Neither Raj nor I are endorsing NIIT or its courses. But we do care about
the effects of such a move, which can only be positive as far as Linux is
concerned.

Now let's cut out the sniping and the griping and start getting a life.
rejoice about the good things, and stop cribbing about things that don't
really matter.
