[LI] [Administrative] Strange things will be happening with the LI list

Folks,

Please bear with me over the next 24 - 48 hours as I play around with the
lists.linux-india.org machine.  I am in the process of doing a whole bunch
of things.  Some of them include:

* Setting up proper virtual web and mail handling for the domain
lists.linux-india.org

* Moving linux-india-general to majordomo2 as a pilot.  If this step works
fine all LI lists will be hosted via mj2.

* The Great Renaming: Creating the new mailing lists that were discussed in
linux-india-general

* Taking care of the duplicate email problem that so many people have
complained about.
