Configure /etc/wwwoffle.conf or is it /etc/wwwoffle/wwwoffle.conf
There are many options and definitely U can disable ads and pictures.

Aaha...in Debian GNU/Linux, the installation script of the
wwwoffle-xxx.deb package takes care of that by putting in online and
off-line scripts in  /etc/ppp/ip-up.d and /etc/ppp/ip-down.d
