[LI] wvdial and kppp

With kvoice, though TR signal was there, i could use kppp when
wvdial was not there. Now I got a msg that modem is used by another
device in wvdial. I commented in inittab vgetty line this problem is
solved. Is there any
other method to use both kvoice and at the same time use wvdial also.
Hence I cannot use kvoice now.
