[LI] www.egroups.com suggestion for listmaster

 In case this has not been discussed.  www.egroups.com enables the creation
of  web based discussion groups. The good part is the browser based interface.
For some of us with email clients that download entire messages this is
defenitely useful as your mailbox does not get filled up with messages.  

Anyway thought this site may interest people on this list. for other uses as
well.  I believe it is a free web based service.
