Even I had noticed this once before. I believe, since these are dynamically
assigned IP addresses, once the machine to which 135.182 is assigned goes off
the net, the routers at VSNL enter a loop, which is probably because of
misconfiguration on VSNL's part.

Anyway, you don't have to worry they will fill your screen - check the first
line of traceroute's o/p - it says 30 hops max. It will give up once 30 hops
are over.
