Well sorry for inconvenience, if any, because I have posted this off topic
massage here again.
    Hanish suggest me to remove the entries form the registry for RUN and
RUNONCE keys for the app that loads I removed all & also in win.ini and
system.ini. But the problem still exists.
    ARCHAN suggests to boot in safe mode and make window$ virtual memory to
NIL and do and Voila!! its SUCCESSFUL. ARCHAN  THANKS a LOT. Can U please
tell me what was the actual problem??? and how it gone by doing so....
