Dear Rajeev,
	Click on the toolbox icon in the panel on the
bottom of your GNOME Desktop. There you have your
Cnome-Conf running !
Click on Window Manager
 run Enlightenment configurator
Click on Behaviour/ Advanced settings etc..
Fiddle around !! 

Voila !
your window popup problems have been solved ;)
