You should require the following
1. RedHat Unleashed (which I refered and found very useful)
2. man pages in Linux
3. /usr/doc/HOWTO/*.*
4. Network Administration Guide (available as RPM in RH CD)
5. System Administration Guide (available as RPM in RH CD)

And of course you have experts in the List (Not me !!) to help
you.
