Hi Try this !

Outlook and Outlook Express stores mail in files with the extension .mbx
under Windows. You can convert  these files to .mbox files with programs
that run under Linux that can parse, such as Pine, Eudora and etscape.

You can download a script from Dave Coppit's Code Page that will do
these conversions.
