Hi Bilal,
	I know very little about the UDMA concept but whatever little i
know i will tell you.

Udma is a variation of the Burst Mode DMA scheme . Basically what they
have done is to tweak the timing scheme in the BM-DMA to better utilise
the burst period. this boosted the burst mode data transfer rate from 10
Mbps to 33Mbps.

what exactly they had done, I don't remember but you may find detailed 
info on the net.
