[Linux-India] Pixel view combo TV Plus-xtv driver

I am having a problem compiling the xtv driver for the Pixel view Combo
TV card, any help will be appreciated.

 Here is what I have done so far.
 
 1.I extracted xtv.tar.gz into a seperate temporary directory,
 I used
 tar -zxvf xtv.tar.gz
 
 I got the following files in the directory /temptv/xtv
 Changes  audio.c  gd5465.c  i5  pci_config.h  tuner.c
 Makefile capture.c gd5480.c main.c px002.c xtv.h
 README framebuf.c i2c.c pci.c px4072.c xwin.c
 
 I checked the README file and I have the file /proc/bus/pci/devices so
i
 guess I do not have to change pci.c
 
 2. I then gave the command "./make" from the xtv directory using the
 xterminal
 I get the message bash: ./make: no such file or directory
 I then did ./Makefile and I get the message
 bash: ./Makefile: Permission denied
 
 What am I doing wrong.
