Help needed setting up ISDN

Hi all,

   I need to setup ISDN at our company.
We will be setting it up on RH 5.2.
We decided to go for BRI type ISDN,
VSNL as our ISP, and an internal ISDN
card on Linux machine(RH 5.2). I would like to
know the foll things:

a) what is the exact procedure?
b) what hardware(make) do we have to procure
   and which ones best suit for the
   abovementioned condition?
c) the practical difficulties that i may
   encounter while setting it up.
d) and any other suggestions which might
   help me do this smoothly.

Ive gone thru vsnl and mtnl sites but things are
not so clear. I wud be grateful if anyone could 
let me know the above details soon...
