How to send email on same domain but different places

I have also installed RedHat 6.0 in  my organization for off-line mailing
(With the help of your many articles.)
Now I am facing a problem.

I have some  Pop clients in Goa factory and some are all over India.
 my domain and physical server is in Singapore.

my domain is dlink-india.com
All the users in factory they can send emails locally and those  are not coming
under dlink-india.com.  Now my problem is
 How can I send the email from same server to same domain. for example  to my
Bangalore person
 mailto:user_at_bangalore@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx


How I send email user_at_goa@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx to user_at BLR@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Now whenever I try to send email my Pine says "unknown user"

Actually I searched every where but I did nt get the answer.
