Re: email query



   First of all, even though Linux is the greatest thing of all, it will not
allow you to allocate different addresses (valid Internet addresses) of the
form you mentioned (abc@xxxxxxx) with just a dial up connection (things are
totally different with a dedicated connection though). The mail filter thing
is possible though.

  Actually, to the naive user, the mail filter solution (which incidentally
is employed by Postmaster and MDAEMON) might seem like a good solution till
they realize that they are not receiving some of the mails that people sent
to them.
