Hello,
    Somedays back all of us had recieved the issue file to get the tuk at
the prompt. Users had the problem that the file was rewritten everytime the
system used to boot. This can be overcome by editing the /etc/rc.d/rc_local
file.

    This file clearly mentions that the issue file is rewritten everytime
the system boots.
