Please Help on ISDN dialing !!! urgent

Hi 
any one there who has dialed using ISDN T/A adapter
I have a ISDN BOCA modem. But when i tried to
dial i get NO CARRIER (USING minicom). 

When I tried to use kppp I get "setting modem volume"
and nothing happens.

Please help. I need help desperately.
