Please help me to configure Qmail Mail Server

We have LINUX REDHAT 5.2 with QMAIL from Chip Special CD as per their instruction

but this server can send message to local users only
not to external world , If I add the hostname on
/var/qmail/control/rcpthosts mail to that host will go smoothly But this is not possible for every address.

So how we can solve this

please help me
