The S3 server normally does not work with this video card. I had to do the
following:

Do the following:
(a) Use SVGA server
(b) In your Xf86Config, in your display adapter (for S3 card) section, add
the following lines:

ChipID 0x8811
ChipRev 0x54

Let me know how it goes.
