email query

Hi Friends,

If my vsnl email account is rfowkar@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Can I give different email ID's to different users such as

rajesh@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
santosh@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx etc.

If the above is possible then can the people from outside world send mails to
above mentioned email id's
