Configuring Qmail

We have LINUX REDHAT 5.2 . I installed QMAIL from Chip Special CD as per
their instruction

but this server can send message to local users only from other Win9x
clients
not to external world , If I add the hostname on
/var/qmail/control/rcpthosts mail to that host will go smoothly But this
is not possible for every address.

please help me to
