Boot into linux as root and just run 'lilo -v ' to write  boot info on your mbr

ps -before running lilo do check ur /etc/lilo.conf file for any changes you
might want to make .

and if u want a graphical bootloader try using a utility called gag available
at the freshmeat archives ..
