Mail Server

Hi all,
Im trying to set mail server for my LAN, im able to collect all the mails of
my local users and they are queued. When i connect to the net, i key in
"sendmail -q" which i believe is for sending all queued mails but nothing
happens.
I have added WIN 98 machine's IP in ip_allow which are using linux machine
for relaying and have not done any major change in configuration files.
THe LAn does not have dns server.
