Announcement VCDKutter !!!

Hello All,
	I had been working for past few days on a utility for
cutting the video CD dat files. This is a small program developed
by me. Can you please review the product not the 'code'.
The file created cannot be read using active movie or M$player2,but
you can use any mpegplayer to view it.
	Also you will have to save the VCD file on HDD first and
then can cut it. I am working on reading VCD , which is quite in
progress.
