thanks for suggestions. i made all changes as you suggested, but problem remain
same.  the basic problem is that the machine name is not visible in network
neigbourhood even netbios name given in smb.conf. This time whole smb.conf file
designed by swat utility. Once again i am  sending my smb.conf with this mail.
