No but should be possible in XFree86 ver 4.0 =

In the current version (3.x..) the config file is bound to a single
Video/Monitor card. Now if different users sit in front of the same monit=
or
driven by the same card then they will have the same video resolutions un=
less
he manually changes it (using <cntrl><alt><+>).
