   I am Prasad T. I also face same problem. But Now I solved that

problem. For you :-

   Can you configure netconf. If not First Try to configure that one.

In that you specify the details of your localhost IP address, And also 
mention domain server Ip Address (202.54.30.1 & 202.54.1.30).

    Then your problem will be solved.
