Mpeg help .....

Hi ,
	I am working on a utility for cutting mpeg / video CD dat
files. The backend I am using is mtvp from mpegtv.
	Now the problem ....
	I am able to cut the dat file and watch the snapped part
using mtv/mtvp and all goes smooth frame2frame.... even the audio
is fine. But when I use win95(dumb) xing/activemovie/mplayer2  , it
shows corrupted display on the screeen, also the voice is lost ...what
might be the possible problem and solution ?
