Reg Intel Processors

 No  potshots  at  Intel intended.

 

 But I  remember  reading  this  article  in  a  Magazine .  Intel 
marketed
 486 Sx  as 486 Dx  (  by  incorporating  a  better  cooling  system  ) 
 (This  may  be  even  386 ,  quite old  article  ) .  Another  thing
 they  did  was  provide  the  Pentium  overdrive  which after  being
  inserted in  the  slot  just  disabled  the  older  processor.

 (The  models may  be  slightly  different ,  Dont  remember  clearly .
