I don't think this modem will work under Linux. Last time I got into
this problem I was told
that in general PCI modems have problem in working under linux and
there is some problem
with Rockwell's proprietary protocols.

Only solution may be to buy a new modem. For use under linux it is
better to buy an
external modem.
