Re: linux nameserver specification



Apart from squid.....
if u want a real good proxy like solution try IP masquarading technique
.....

It connects all the machine on ur LAN as if they were directly connected to
the net. After doing that u could try using ipfwadm and block access to
individual ip addresses. No need to install hefty squid software which needs
lot of cache activity.
