Yep.  An ISP which has its ip blocks k-lined by one or more of the major IRC
networks is no fun at all.  Then there's UDPs (usenet death penalties) to
cancel all posts from an ip block because of repeated, unresolved usenet
abuse incidents ... and the RBL etc for e-mail.

I'd pity any user of an ISP which gets hit with all three :)
